These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at abrrinvestments.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by ABRR Equity & Investment Pty Ltd (ACN 659 135 396) as trustee for the ABRR Equity & Investment Trust (ABN 54 586 385 927) (“ABRR”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about ABRR and its property development, syndication, private equity, and long-term value investment activities. It is intended for prospective partners, investors and clients seeking to learn more about our business.

Information you submit through the enquiry form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA; your use of it is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service. Submitting an enquiry does not create any contractual, advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and ABRR.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.
